Who We Are?

Shamim Afridi Welfare Organization is a non-profit organization based in Peshawar, Pakistan, dedicated to supporting underprivileged communities through various welfare initiatives. Our mission is to provide essential healthcare, education, and social support to those in need.

Our first major project, Zahida Begum Charity Hospital, is currently in the completion phase in Kohat. This hospital aims to offer free and affordable medical care to disadvantaged individuals. Moving forward, we plan to launch additional projects step by step, focusing on healthcare, education, and community welfare to uplift needy people and improve their quality of life.

Zahida Begum Charity Hospital

We are proud to announce our first major project – Zahida Begum Charity Hospital in Kohat, currently nearing completion. This hospital will offer free medical care, emergency services, and specialized treatments for the less fortunate.

This 36,000 sq. ft. hospital, located on Main Pindi Road, Kohat Enclave, will be equipped with modern medical technology, specialized departments, and a 7,000 sq. ft. in-house pharmacy to ensure comprehensive medical services for all.

Projects to Start in the Near Future

Clean Water & Sanitation Project

Access to clean water is a basic human right. We will install water filtration plants in water-scarce areas and build hygiene facilities, including toilets and sanitation systems, to promote better public health.

Vocational Training Centers

To empower widows and unemployed youth, we will offer skills training programs in fields like tailoring, IT, carpentry, and more. This initiative aims to help people gain financial independence and self-sufficiency.

Emergency & Disaster Relief

SAWO will be on the front lines of disaster response, providing urgent food, shelter, and medical aid to families affected by natural disasters. Temporary shelters will also be set up for displaced communities.
